Erica Marois

Erica Marois is a Content Marketing Specialist at 8x8. She often speaks at industry events and is passionate about connecting members of the contact center community, helping customer service leaders find unique solutions to their biggest challenges. Outside of work, she gives back to the Customer Experience community as a volunteer facilitator for CX Accelerator. Formerly a Content Manager for ICMI, Erica founded the popular weekly Twitter chat, #ICMIchat.
