13 Years, 103 Issues Later

WITH MUCH APPRECIATION TO SUSAN HASH

In appreciation…

A dream doesn’t just happen. It takes determination, hard
work and a “stick with it” mentality.
This describes our long-time editor, Susan Hash.

Susan and I began working together in 2000.
By 2008, I was “retired,” cruising up-and-down the east
coast. And Susan had started her own business.
In November of that year, I began to consider a new
publication for the contact center industry.
I reached out to Susan, and she was on-board.
Our first issue was published in March 2009.

Now, some 13 years and 103 issues later,
I am trying to find a way to express my appreciation
for all that Susan has done for Contact Center Pipeline.
She has been a friend, advisor, and determined,
“stick with it,” editor.

So it is with both sadness and gratitude, that
I announce that Susan has decided to pursue a new path.
All of us at Pipeline wish her the very best
and thank her for all she has done.

Perhaps our paths will cross again one day…
